HVAC R is the most common using world in industry. It is a heart for Pharmaceutical Industries that purify the outside air. It brings comfort to us and provide us with bacterial free air . It is used widely in this modern world and becomes a part of our life. It has various functions that will be discussed in detail in this article. It is used in Buildings as well as in houses for comfortable air. Indoor air should have proper amount of oxygen and clean. Comfort is absolutely the primary requirement for human being.
ASHRAE (the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration, and Air-conditioning Engineers), defines comfortable air quality as one “with which a substantial majority (80% or more) of the people exposed do not express dissatisfaction.”
Although there are many ways in which to make an indoor space in a hot climate comfortable, we shall focus on the most common type of air-conditioning (AC) system found in buildings today that is Central Air Conditioning System.
Before we discuss that, a quick word. Most AC systems work on one principle: when a fluid is compressed, it “throws away” the heat it contains, and when it expands, it absorbs heat from its surroundings. Therefore by alternately compressing and releasing a fluid, one can make it “absorb” heat from inside a building and release it outside. It simply regulates air making it free from microorganisms and either make it’s temperature lower or higher as per requirement.
Following are the components of HVAC system:
HVAC systems are milestones of building mechanical systems that provide thermal comfort for occupants accompanied with indoor air quality. … Primary HVAC equipment includes heating equipment, ventilation equipment, and cooling or air-conditioning equipment.
Your HVAC system facilitates three different processes including heating, ventilation and air conditioning. Each process requires its own individual unit that when together, creates your HVAC system, controlled by your central thermostat.
For HVAC systems with furnaces, the thermostat will start the heating process by signaling the furnace. A gas valve within the furnace will open to ignite the gas burner. Next, the heat generated from the burner is then used to heat the heat exchanger. The heat is then transformed into air as it flows through the exchanger.
Once the heat is turned into air, it is distributed using an internal motor and fan attached to the furnace. The heat is sent through the ductwork located throughout the commercial building.
HVAC systems would be pointless without proper ventilation. Ventilation allows the correct amount of fresh air to enter your commercial space, regardless of heating and cooling procedures. Without this fresh air, you could be subjected to odor, mold and other contaminants in the air.
It works by releasing harmful contaminants created during the heating and cooling process via flues and vent pipes, while allowing new air to enter in a controlled manner.
Air conditioners within the HVAC system will use refrigeration to cool the air. Refrigerants, or substances used to absorb the heat, start in a gas form. A compressor is used to compress the gas, raising the temperature.
Once the gas is properly pressurized, it is transferred into a condensation coil, which releases the heat and changes the gas into a cooler liquid. Finally, a blower takes in the warm air and releases it over an evaporator. The liquid becomes a cooler gas again, absorbs the heat from the air and effectively cools it.
In conclusion HVAC system is most important thing for Healthy , Comfortable , Clean Indoor Air , and Energy Efficient System in the building. In the end i would like to say that HVAC R System is important for every country. There are many companies which manufacture HVAC R products. In this Article introduction to HVAC R is my main concern.
